Her Bachelor of Business specialising in Hotel Management has allowed her to effortlessly move between departments, from Weddings and Events on Magnetic Island in Queensland, to Food and Beverage roles in The Blue Mountains, to managing the Front Office and Housekeepings daily operations as Assistant Manager for Luxury Boutique Hotels, Ovolo 1888 and Crystalbrook Albion in Sydney. Tilly’s role at ConferenceNational/Accommodation Link applies her Hospitality-Rooted skills to the world of Conference and Accommodation Management. She manages complex bookings and accommodation management for large scale events to keep operations running smoothly
