We’ve negotiated accommodation discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate rooms at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort to make your trip cost affordable. Through the travel experts at Accommodation Link, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. These reduced contracted rates will expire 45 days prior to the event.
*Kindly note that the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort Hotel’s booking conditions state that once a booking is confirmed from the 90 days prior to 10th November 2023, there are no individual night or full cancellations permissable. As always, kindly ensure the hotel’s deposit and cancellation policies are read prior to making a booking.

Deposit Policy:
Please provide a valid credit card to guarantee and hold your reservation. The credit card must expire after the date of the event. Reservations not guaranteed with a valid credit card are subject to cancellation.
A non-refundable deposit of one (1) night's accommodation is required at the time of booking.
By proceeding with the booking, you authorise Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort to charge the credit card on file in the case of cancellations or no-shows.
Ninety (90) days prior to arrival, the Resort will charge the remaining accommodation balance to the credit card on file.
Any bookings made on and after ninety (90) days prior to arrival, full prepayment is required which is non-refundable.
All guests are also required to leave a credit card imprint as a security bond upon check-in. Each guest's final account will need to be paid prior to departing the property.
All credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.1%.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to registrations@accommodationlink.com.au
A non-refundable deposit of one (1) night's accommodation is required at the time of booking up until the ninety (90) days prior.
Any booking or individual night's cancellations received within ninety (90) days of arrival, including any No-Shows, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, charged by the hotel to the card on file.
A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations.
*We would strongly recommend you consider travel insurance that covers the loss of accommodation costs due to medical conditions, flight cancellations, etc. Please speak with your travel insurer for more details.
