*Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within the below cut-off dates must be made in writing to registrations@accommodationlink.com.au
Any booking or individual night/s cancellations within 90 days of arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation (100%) amount, charged by the hotel to the card on file.
Please note that once the booking is finalized and confirmed, bookings are non-cancellable. Name changes will be accepted. All other changes will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the hotel.
A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations.
*We would strongly recommend you consider travel insurance that covers the loss of accommodation costs due to medical conditions, flight cancellations, etc. Please speak with your travel insurer for more details.
