Accommodation Link is the only official hotel provider for the 2025 IAHA National Conference, Taking Place at The Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, Twin Waters, Qld.

We’ve negotiated accommodation discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to assist you with your trip to the Sunshine Coast cost affordable. Through the travel experts at Accommodation Link, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Book early for best selection and price.

Any hotels displaying “Check Availability” are based on best available rate of the day and pulling from third-party providers.
These bookings can only be cancelled online.

*Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort Cancellation Policy (for the IAHA Contracted rate)
Please Note, all bookings at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort must be fully prepaid within 14-days of booking. A non-refundable deposit of the entire accommodation amount (100%) will be processed by Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort within 14-days of booking. Any booking or individual night's cancellations, as well as any amendments received after booking, including any No-Shows, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, charged by the hotel to the card on file. A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations. All credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.1%.

*We would strongly recommend you confirm your travel details before making the booking, and consider travel insurance that covers the loss of accommodation costs due to medical conditions, flight cancellations, etc.

Booking Confirmations:
